Golf Tournament
Putting greens, headcovers, cold drinks.
Golf tournaments are one of the easiest big-ticket events to organize — most courses already have a tournament package. Your work is the chapter side: custom headcovers, scorecards, the cooler that goes on the cart, and the trophy at the end.
Use the quote form for the custom side (chapter-branded headcovers, hats, banners). Below is the gear that travels with you to any course.
Running a chapter golf tournament
Lock the course 6–8 weeks out. Most courses have a tournament coordinator who handles tee times, carts, and the hole assignments.
Custom side: chapter-branded headcovers, hole flags, ball markers. Use the quote form — turnaround is usually 2–3 weeks.
Cooler on the cart: small soft cooler is the right size. Don't try to drag a hard cooler around 18 holes.
Photo plan: hole-1 group photo, hole-18 winner shot. Assign one brother to document.
Trophy or prize at the end. People play harder when something's on the line.
