TopHouse is the first dedicated hub designed to help fraternities plan, source, and execute standout events. We connect Social Chairs and Executives with the tools, blueprints, and resources they need to take an event from a group chat idea to a legendary night.

Events are the lifeblood of fraternity culture. Yet, planning them is usually a mess of scattered notes, lost knowledge, and endless text threads.

TopHouse exists to fix that. We bring the plans, the products, and the connections together in one place so chapter leaders can focus on the event, not the stress.

To make fraternity life easier, safer, and better executed.

We believe the houses people remember are defined by the events they throw. Our goal is to give every chapter access to the same tools and connections that the Top Houses use, regardless of their size or campus.

What We Provide

TopHouse is more than just a store. We are a resource for every stage of the planning process.

1. The App (Chapter Command Center)

Plan. Execute. Repeat. The biggest problem in Greek Life is turnover. When a great Social Chair graduates, his knowledge usually leaves with him. Our software fixes that while keeping your current semester running smooth.

• The Master Calendar: Give the whole chapter a single place to see upcoming events and get the details they need.
• Command & Control: Assign tasks, track expenses, and hold guys accountable. No more slackers or last-minute scrambles.
• Pass the Torch: "Copy and paste" successful plans from previous years and use event feedback to ensure the next guy doesn't have to start from scratch.

2. The Plan (Blueprints & Guides)

We provide the strategy. From "Jungle Parties" to "Dye Tournaments," we offer solid blueprints, checklists, and themes to ensure you have a game plan that works. We even include essential resources like curated playlists and official rules for brotherhood events.

3. The Gear (Curated Supplies)

We prioritize the essentials. If it is on TopHouse, it is built to survive the semester. We source the specific party supplies, themed apparel, and house upgrades (flags, coolers, speakers) you need to pull off a great event.

4. The Big Stuff (Rentals & Production)

We handle the heavy lifting. You can’t buy a stage or a security team in a box. For major logistics, we act as your connector. You tell us what you need, whether that is production, custom merch, or large-scale rentals, and we handle the legwork to find vetted pros who can get the job done.

Who We Are

TopHouse Network LLC is an independent company headquartered in Austin, Texas.

We were founded by fraternity members who were tired of the outdated, stressful way events were planned. We are building the tools we wish we had when we were on Exec.

• We are student-focused: We work directly with student communities to ensure our products and advice remain true to real campus culture.
