TopHouse is an event-focused platform that helps fraternities plan, organize, and execute standout events by connecting chapters with ideas, gear, and trusted partners.

Events are the lifeblood of fraternity life. They’re where chapters build culture, connect socially, meet people, raise money for good causes, and create memories that last long after college. The houses people remember aren’t defined by what they say. They’re defined by the events they throw.

TopHouse exists to make those moments easier to plan and better to execute.

We bring together inspiration, fraternity event themes, Greek life apparel and gear, and trusted partners so social chairs and chapter leaders can focus on execution, not guesswork.

To make fraternity life easier, louder, and more connected — starting with the events that define it.

We believe great events strengthen brotherhood, increase participation, and shape how a chapter is known on campus. Our goal is to give fraternities access to the same tools, ideas, and connections that top houses already use, regardless of size or budget.

What TopHouse Does

TopHouse is built around fraternity event planning and chapter event management.

We help chapters:

Find gear and supplies designed for real Greek life events
Connect with trusted partners for Greek life apparel, custom merch, rentals, and large setups
Move from idea to execution with clarity and confidence

Some items on TopHouse can be purchased directly through our site. Other needs, such as custom apparel or event rentals, are fulfilled by vetted partners who specialize in those services. In all cases, TopHouse acts as the connector and guide.

We don’t replace vendors or venues. We make them easier to find and work with.

Who We Are

TopHouse Network LLC is an independent company founded by fraternity members who wanted a better way to plan and throw events.

We are not affiliated with any university, national fraternity, or alcohol brand.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, TopHouse operates primarily online through JoinTopHouse.com and works directly with student communities and partners nationwide to stay grounded in real campus culture.

Partners & Advisors

TopHouse works with third-party partners who handle fulfillment, customization, and rentals. These partners are responsible for their own operations, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We collaborate with brands and advisors who understand college culture and share our commitment to doing things the right way. This includes partners like Wildman Drinking Co., along with other businesses that help chapters execute events responsibly and at scale.

TopHouse does not manufacture products, print licensed merchandise, or operate rental equipment directly.
