Shipping policy

At TopHouse, we curate the best gear and services for Greek Life. Because we operate as a hybrid marketplaceβ€”combining direct inventory, print-on-demand partners, and service bookingsβ€”our delivery methods vary by product type.

1. Processing Times (Physical Goods)

  • Standard Stock: Orders for in-stock items (e.g., brand name coolers, games) typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Print-on-Demand / Custom: Custom apparel and made-to-order gear (e.g., graphic tees, flags) require production time before shipping. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before the item ships.

  • Peak Season: During high-volume periods (Rush, Homecoming, Spring Break), processing times may extend by 2–4 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order leaves the facility, standard delivery times are:

  • USA (Lower 48): 3–7 Business Days.

  • Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of the package.

3. Split Shipments (Why did I only get half my order?)

Because we source products from different specialized partners (e.g., shirts from a print shop, coolers from a warehouse), your order may arrive in multiple packages.

  • You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

  • Do not panic if one item arrives before the otherβ€”the rest is on the way.

4. Digital Products (Blueprints & Guides)

  • Delivery: Immediate.

  • Upon purchasing a Blueprint, Event Guide, or Playlist, you will receive an email with a secure download link instantly.

  • If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Promotions folder before contacting support.

5. Service & Rental Delivery

For heavy logistics bookings (e.g., Stage Rentals, Production, Security):

  • Delivery Method: These are not shipped via mail. They are delivered by the vendor’s crew/trucks.

  • Coordination: The vendor will coordinate the specific load-in/drop-off time directly with your chapter’s point of contact (Social Chair/Risk Manager) prior to the event date.

6. Affiliate Orders

If you clicked a link on TopHouse that directed you to an external partner (e.g., Amazon, Sweetwater) to complete your purchase:

  • Shipping Policy: That vendor’s shipping policy applies. TopHouse cannot track, modify, or update shipments for orders placed on third-party websites.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

TopHouse is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but missing from your porch or mailroom.

  • Fraternity Houses: We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or a PO Box, as packages left on the front porch of a chapter house are at high risk of theft/loss.

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
