At TopHouse, we curate the best products for Greek Life. Because we operate as a hybrid marketplaceβselling some items directly and linking to trusted partners for othersβour return policy depends on where you completed your purchase.
1. How Returns Work

Purchases made on JoinTopHouse.com: If you completed your checkout directly on our site, your order is covered by the TopHouse policies listed below.

Purchases made on Partner Sites: If you clicked a link on our site that directed you to an external retailer or affiliate to complete the purchase, you are subject to that vendorβs return policy. TopHouse does not have access to these orders and cannot process returns or refunds for items bought on external websites.
2. Standard Returns (Eligible Items)
For items purchased directly on TopHouse that are held in inventory or standard stock (e.g., brand-name coolers, games, in-stock accessories), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to large or heavy items returned due to a change of mind.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Print-on-Demand / Made-to-Order: Items printed specifically for you when you order (e.g., most graphic tees, hoodies, or posters). We do not hold inventory of these, so we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or personal preference. Please check size charts carefully.

Custom & Personalized: Any product customized with specific letters, names, dates, or logos.

Digital Products: Downloadable blueprints, guides, and plans.

Sanitary Goods: Open drinkware, mouthpieces, or single-use party supplies once the package is opened.
4. Service & Rental Bookings
TopHouse acts as a connector for services such as stage rentals, production, and security.

Policies: Cancellations, refunds, and deposits for these services are governed strictly by the contract or service agreement you sign with the third-party vendor.

Disputes: TopHouse cannot process refunds for services paid directly to third-party vendors.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Direct Orders Only)
If you receive a defective item, a misprinted shirt, or the wrong size due to our error on a TopHouse direct order, we will fix it.

Please email support@jointophouse.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item in this case.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.

Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
